“Though my product was shipped quickly by the company, it did take about a week to deliver (Hermes!) and was damaged. However, after contacting the company, I received a fast and efficient no quibble replacement, which arrived in the next (royal mail) post. Excellent customer service - maybe consider a different carrier!”
