“The worse shopping experience ever. waited for 2 weeks without getting my delivery then I asked for a refund. Will never buy anything from them again”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and apologies the courier appears to have lost the order. Whilst appreciating the frustration, in fairness you did not wait 2 weeks rather 9 Calander days. This is particularly disappointing for us both, given that as the tracking details we sent you, showed you placed your order just before midnight on Thursday 11th August & we dropped off at the couriers parcel shop at around 9-30am the following morning - Friday 12th August ie we turned your order around very quickly. We have refunded for you today. In terms of delivery timelines for courier delivery, we say approximately 3-5 working days and so we are just over that approximate timeline. We find that on the whole Courier deliveries do indeed take 3-5 days ie far quicker than your experience and so apologies for this, Should you order from us again you should find the parcel is likely to be delivered quicker than has been the case on this occasion. Again trying to be balanced and accepting your disappointment with the timeline, orders are usually delivered quicker as a result of us turning them around so quickly. You sent us an email saying you had been sent fake poppers, something that has never been said to us before as this quite simply is not the case. Surprised & concerned that a customer would think such a thing, yes we tried to ring you several times, this is customer service, had we ignored your email then this would have been a complete lack of customer service. We then sent you a very polite text asking when would be a good time to call you an attempt to try & understand what made you think the products were not genuine. You then replied with a text that I will not print the language of on here, you also criticised me for ending it best wishes., even after I explained I am amiable & polite and I am not confrontational in my approach, but to no avail. I explained we buy product from manufacturers direct and wholesalers and have a high stock turnaround. When I hi lighted the number of reviews we have complementing us on our customer service, hence our keenness to try and establish what the problem was, you said you would leave us a bad review & that you would have the last laugh. We refunded your order and special delivery charge, as you rebuffed every attempt we made to try & discuss the matter with you. No arrogance on our part, rather a desire to follow up a customer complaint and give the great customer service we are known for. Have a great bank holiday weekend & just to reiterate, we do not sell fake product, never have done and never will do. “I only received half of my order. I tried to contact the company via their email but was never able to send the complaint. The system was always down. The company took £28 payment when only sending half my order. I have just tried to email company again....still suggesting unable to receive email and to try again. I must have tried on 7 occasions on separate days!!!!!”

“The attitude of the owner Mr Piotr is worse than the attitude of a child. Not professional at all has no manners and not business oriented, yet to be fair, he refunded me. Also to be fair, the product is good, but caps keep on leaking because he uses cheap caps which makes the product leaks”
