“Brilliant party with small tent in the garden. Kept 10 8yr old boys entertained from the minute they arrived. Was also good at ensuring everyone got a go on the games they wanted. The VR was excellent. Would have preferred to have two Switch consoles as that was in demand leaving another console unused, hence 4 stars. Also only 4 beanbags between 10 wasn’t enough.”

“Overall good, arrived early etc... Ways to improve: because of the age of the children, I would of liked the host to have interacted more with the children for example: arranging teams to make it more competitive.”

“Arrived early, received a call from HQ on the day to check all was ok - set up was quick and efficient - kids had a blast and were kept entertained for the entire 3 hours. Will definitely use at other events, Thank you so much Pop Up Arcade :)”

“Company were punctual and set up with no fuss. Stephanie engaged with the children ensuring each kid got a good opportunity and turn at each game station. My son and his friends were overall pleased!”

“Thank you very much, the gentleman that took the kids was brilliant. Reason I didn’t rate 5 was a small but meaningful thing. We had 15 kids as stated and they all couldn’t play at the same time. This was the only small issue we had but overall kids had great fun lots of laughter. Many thanks Marc”

Hi Marc, I'm really glad to hear that everyone had a great time. I'm not sure why everyone wasn't able to play at the same time. The package you booked had: 4 consoles running Fortnite ( 4 players ) 2 Virtual Reality Headsets ( 2 players ) A Racing Station ( 4 players ) Larger Projector screen running 8 players Super Smash Borsh ( 8 Players ) We actually have 18 playable slots with that package. We always try to have more than enough equipment for everyone to be playing at once but what we've found is that, especially with games like Fortnite, some actually kids prefer to watch someone else play at times (particularly if it's coming to the end of an exciting round)

“Brandon arrived on time; very professional, got set up quickly. The kids really liked him. Kids loves tents and gaming, combine the two is genius. I did book at the very last minute so there wasn’t time to discuss games etc beforehand that the kids wanted but Brandon managed to find something for everyone.”

“I booked a party with pop up arcade for my younger son's 11th b'day. It was great. Boys had a fab time and they enjoyed games very much, specially the VR. The host was very helpful. I would definitely recommend it.”

“What a great business! From booking to the party itself they were really easy to deal with and my group of 10 year olds were blown away. There was a good range of games and party organiser Dan was great with the kids and made sure they all tried everything. He even checked if the boys were allowed Fortnite, which I know some parents will appreciate. Would highly recommend.”

“I booked pop up arcade for my son’s 10th Birthday at the beginning of Jan and only a week in advance. The process to book from start to finish was very easy and stress free. Host was on time and good with the boys/adults. My son and his friends really enjoyed it. I would recommend maybe doing theme related party bags for kids!”

“Amazing gaming party for our 7yrs old son. We were very lucky to have a big screen for the racing cars in the hall - I think that made a big difference. Also virtual reality was a hit with the parents too. The little guests seemed to enjoyed the birthday party very much indeed. Thank you!”

“They were great. I’ve never seen 8 nine year olds so easily pleased and entertained! Chris and Sonny arrived on time, set up quickly and kept the birthday boy and his 7 friends (plus my 5 year old daughter) so happy for the whole time. Thank you so much!!”

“I booked Pop Up Arcade for my son’s 11th birthday after initially searching for a gaming bus. As a mum, I can’t fault it - price was good, pre-party admin was excellent, Dan turned up exactly on time, set up quickly and efficiently and immediately engaged with the kids. We have a through-lounge, so there was plenty of space for racing seats, etc. It may have been a bit cramped in one room. Dan was brilliant with the kids. All in all they loved it. The only thing that stopped it being a ‘5’ is the kids said that some of the games were a little bit old. They still enjoyed playing them though. Thank you for a brilliant party. This is a great concept - more space and freedom than a gaming bus - and I hope it does really well.”

“Hiya. Daniel my son loved the party and the guy that ran it was good. All I could say is that on the morning of the party I called and paid for 4 more kids that were coming to the party. But there didn’t seem to be enough equipment for them to play on...even though I’d paid extra...as some were waiting around to play on the games. But all in all everyone enjoyed and I just entertained them with pop corn etc...I probably didn’t really need to have paid more as I couldn’t really see the benefit.”
