“I am very happy with my Pooky garden wall lights! They are sturdy and look very attractive on my wall around the terrace area. I bought five in dark grey and the light is perfect, not too bright just a subtle light around the searing area. Delivery was as advertised and the lights were well packaged.”

“The description of the lampshades was white with hand painted red stripes. Quality was okish but colour completely off. The white turned out to be cream so very disappointing.”

Hi there, Thank you for getting in touch with your feedback. I am sorry to hear about this. I have had a look at your order and can see that you ordered one of our Scarlet Tapers Card shades. We don't advertise this shade as being white on our website, due to this being a shade made from our Cream Card material that is hand painted with the Scarlet Tapers pattern. My apologies that it wasn't clear that this shade was cream card as opposed to white, and I will pass this on to the relevant department so this can be improved going forward. I can't see that you have contacted us regarding this, but please feel free to return this shade for a refund if this isn't suitable for you. “I ordered 2 Spool lamp bases and 2 shades. I had to return both lamp bases. They were very roughy glazed and badly finished with sharp, chipped edges. However, the customer service is excellent.”

“Had to return 1 lamp because colour was totally different. Unfortunately cost £25 to return. Kept other fitting but not fitted them yet.”
