“Ordered 2 rechargeable lamps and they have been amazing! Fast to charge and last a very long time. All guests have been asking where I got them from and how wonderful they are. We will be buying more in the future.”

“This is the Hopper lamp in antique brass with the Claude shade in stone with copper interior. This lamp is really solid and sturdy. The copper interior is very metallic / shiny which I was a bit worried about with the antique brass of the stand, but it gives such a lovely glow when the light is on and makes a mid-century piece more contemporary. I purchased this for display purposes for our showroom it will probably be sold on, if I can bear to part with it! As usual quality and delivery service 5* from Pooky.”

“Getting the right style of lampshade was more hassle than I had thought. We are new homeowners, and it can be difficult to know when to splash out and when to hold back. I love bright and clashing patterns with a common thread of colour. We got the dinky shades as the light fixtures have been positioned in an odd way within the room and getting a larger size would only draw attention. Overall, love how much character they add to our living room!”

“I prevaricated for a long time before finally placing my order for a pair of 25cm empire lamp shades in Crimson Talusi for our bedroom table lamps. The customer service team were excellent in response to my questions about the lamp fitting and colour of the fabric that seemed in the photographs to be raspberry rather than crimson. Horray ! It would go with our beautiful silk curtains and raspberry coloured ornaments. Was both surprised and delighted to receive my tardy order placed on 21st December arrive on 23rd December, despite being advised that the order was unlikely to be fulfilled until after Christmas ! The lampshades are beautifully made. Thank you Pookey for your outstanding product and service. Very pleased too to find the lamp shades ecologically packed with bundles of brown paper. Why don't all companies do this ?”

“I have bought a number of Pooky lights recently for a new extension. they are fun and classy items I couldn't find elsewhere. When I had a small problem with one delivery the support team were really helpful and sorted it out straight away. I would definitely recommend”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to review your order. As a company delivering overseas, we do try to soak up some of the shipping costs ourselves however unfortunately we are unable to pay all of this. At the point of sale, we advise that the initial shipping fee will be for orders under 5kg in volumetric weight and we will be in touch with you if the order exceeds this. Unfortunately, your order was larger and we did need to contact you regarding the shipping quote we received from DHL. We understand that this can be quite expensive so we like to give the option to cancel this before it is sent out. “Loved the shop and the helpful staff. Quality is superb and the choice of shades is amazing (although it is so hard to decide!). Packing was top-notch too. Just what we needed to add a bit of 'now' to the house.”

“After looking for a Pooky lampshade online as a Christmas present for my daughter I decided to go to see them in person at the Cheltenham office. The help I received from the staff there was excellent, despite it being near to closing time. I am especially grateful to Mara who was so helpful and patient. I eventually left with photos of the shades I liked and finally ended up buying a beautiful green wooden glazed base instead which stood out when I looked back over the photos I’d taken. The item arrived next day and when my daughter opened it on Christmas morning she loved it! Now she can choose one of the beautiful Pooky shades to go with it. All of the items I saw were beautiful and well-crafted - but the customer service was equally as excellent.”

“I called Pooky for advice and they were very helpful and friendly. I’ve since purchased a lamp and additional silk lampshade for an existing lamp that I have and they are stunning, I am very happy with my purchases and would recommend to anyone!”
