If customers have any issues with installation, we are always happy to help over the phone or via email. It looks like you had ordered one of our classic pendant kits and a glass shade, which typically doesn't come with instructions for installation in the box. We would like to look into this further for you, and find out what instructions you have found online, as well as which parts of the installation you have found difficult.
