“The website allowing different lampshades to be shown with bases was invaluable and I ended up choosing a completely different shade to the one I had originally envisaged ( I live in the country so a visit to the shop wasn't practical). Delivery was prompt, the lamp is perfect and has greatly improved the room.”

“Light delivered efficiently but, on opening the package, no light bulb was included. (The opposite of what the website said) Assembly instructions are atrocious. Dull grey photocopied illustrations with no written accompaniment. Really poor, particularly as light assembly is tricky because the flex, which has to be pulled through, is very tight in the down tube. The STILT reading light DID NOT WORK. Replacement sent out immediately and, thankfully, it works well. No return label included in box. No accompanying delivery note either (although invoice delivered via email) On a very positive note however, the staff we spoke to on the telephone were first class, friendly and very efficient.”
