“I'm impressed with Pooky. The order arrived quickly and included the light bulb. Customer services were helpful but I think it would be useful to include more information on bulbs-i.e.: that you can only buy them directly from them.”

“I dither...choosing lampshades is a trial. After plucking up the courage and armed with my ancient alter lamp I arrived at Pooky in Lots Road. I had no idea what I wanted, the help I received was outstanding, the patience and knowledge was beyond expectation. Long and short, my lamps with their new shades look wonderful and I am thrilled.”

“I've been buying from Pooky for about 18 months and have found their service and products to be very good. When I received faulty lampshades, they were collected the next day and immediately replaced. I've bought big shades, small shades, wall lights and now a rechargeable lamp. All very good. “Very pleased. Lights good quality and as described. The shade is a very dark blue . I rang to confirm colour and was answered quickly by a real helpful real person! They look very smart in our new kitchen providing a lovely finishing touch. I wish they were available with a brass/ gold colour interior however the stone is colour is a crisp contrast to the dark blue shade. The blue coloured flex is a nice touch and the brass cone goes well with th brass handles in our kitchen . We needed the 1500 cm drop which is not always available from other companies.”
