“I purchased two silent gliss tracks and wave curtains for an awkward curve. The team at Pole Design are incredibly helpful, efficient and patient. I was talked through how to measure/ template the curve and given plenty of fabric options to meet my budget. The tracks arrived quickly and were easy to fit. I had to make small adjustments to one track but was guided through that step by step. Both track and curtain fit perfectly and brilliant quality. I would recommend Pole Design and I will be back for any future needs. Thanks to the team, you've been fantastic.”

“Karen was knowledgable and offered advice and responded quickly to queries. Accommodated a request for fabric she doesn’t supply which helped me out with having curtains in time for Christmas. Would recommend and use again”

Thank you for your review of the advent designs 35mm pole set in light oak. These poles are really special, hand made in the UK and have a lovely feel.

“Well-made hardware is a delight to own. The Cosidoor Rising Portiere Rod and the swing-arm version have been the answer to my charming, thin, freezing-cold heritage exterior doors. Pole Design was most helpful in getting them to Victoria, BC, Canada just in time for one of our rare cold snaps.”

“Products are good but there is no information for delivery once the item is sent out. No tracking of any kind so I was hanging around for days waiting for it to turn up. It took 7days in total.”

Hi keith We are sorry you did not receive tracking. This is something we do on a routine basis. We did however notify you on dispatch on 15th December. Perhaps you missed this email or it went into junk. The order would have then been delivered within two working days. This would be in line with the 4/5 working day lead time for made to measure products

“Customer service excellent via telephone when I called. I would suggest improving system for updating customers on dispatch dates, then no call would have been required to receive an update. Quality of poles was beyond expectation. Thank you.”

I am concerned as to why you did not receive the updates as we have looked back our records and you were updated at every stage from expected dispatch date to dispatch confirmations and tracking. Please can you check your email was entered correct on the original order as our systems rely on your input. I have contacted you by phone

“Weak material, during installation of 2 poles piece on support fell off due to door touched the pole while checking if we need door stop to be put, another pole cracked and finial knob deformed, paying £100 per pole quality expected to be higher”

This does not sound like a faulty product but damage incurred on installation. We are however happy to look at images and further explanation. If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced.
