“I contacted pole design as I was not sure exactly what I needed for a project. Karen was most helpful and suggested the brackets I needed for the job. My order was sent in two parcels and part of it arrived the next day. Unfortunately, through no fault of Pole Design, the carriers managed to lose the second parcel. Karen was most helpful in liaising with the carriers to try and trace the package and when that was unsuccessful immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent which arrived the next day. Great service and Pole Design would be my first call for any similar project.”
