I appreciated Brendon's efficiency and flexibility in that he was willing to respond to my requirements. In my opinion he did a great job fitting the podpoint and explaining it all which was very helpful since I am an electric car virgin ......! having just leased a Nissan Leaf.

Your team phoned me within 10 minutes of me applying online and when i had problems uploading documents it was all dealt with very quickly. Nick, the installation guy, texted me the day before to confirm when he was coming and did a great job on the installation including explaining to me how it worked. Great work all round from your team

Nick did a great job in putting the charge point exactly where we wanted, and even though we didn't get the Arch 2 charger we were expecting, Josh assured us that it would have the same functionality if an app came down the line that would allow us to control our charging.

Acceptable process for new Nissan Leaf home charging point installation. It took several telephone calls between PODPoint, me and the Nissan dealer to establish that I was entitled to a free home charger. After that, there was a bit of confusion over the installation date. Despite informing the PODPoint call centre handlers and during the internet application process of the various loads (i.e. electric showers, electric cooker, electric hob) on my home consumer unit, this information was not relayed to installation engineer.

Hi - Thanks for the feedback. We are investigating why the information you provided wasn't available to the site engineer, it had been added to the job on the system, but clearly something was amiss. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your feedback.

A nightmare install but NOT the engineers' fault! Once switched back on my mains RCD would not reset. The lads stuck at it until they found the problem and resolved it. Kept me informed all the time. Excellent service and I now have a new POD Point!!

This was a difficult installation and your whole team was superb from initial communication through to completion (Isabel, Richard, Tom in particular). They dealt with every difficulty effectively and efficiently and we have a great result.

Leighton was friendly, happy to answer my questions and obviously very experienced and efficient. The job was quick with neat cable management and he even replaced the 16mm tails for 25mm ones for full compliance.

Rich was awesome. He overcame the minor fitting issues with ease, routed the cabling in a neat and unobtrusive manner (quite something coming from an ex-BT fitter) and was a pleasure to have about the place for the entire time he was with us. Gold star, top of the class :-)

Nick was brilliant - not only was he early, but he discussed installation options with me, and though about the aesthetics of the installation, not just the practicality. I was really impressed. I also love that he turned up in a PHEV - that really said a lot about POD Point's authenticity.
