“Ordering very simple and was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately the courier you use is very poor only just received 13th of March Ordered 4th of march Which delayed job . Would be wary of using again due to delivery (Parcel force )experience”

“I ordered a part the website showed the part was in-stock. 1-3 working days for delivery. The next day I received an email stating the part had been dispatched and a parcel force tracking number was supplied. On the 4th working day with no delivery I checked the tracking number with parcel force to it was not recognised. I telephoned to enquire about my order and was told that my part hadn't been in stock and they had ordered one from somewhere else but that had gone missing. I told the person I was talking to to cancel the order and refund my money. They said they would 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the refund!”

“Product arrived yesterday after a delay(was ok with the delay thanks to good communications) sadly the main part of the product was not in the bag/box and is clearly missing. Tried to call no answer, have emailed, no answer. Disappointed that they don’t have people working in a Friday and now starting to think I may have been scammed. Beware”
