“Fast dispatch of item, easy to use website; unfortunately Royal Mail delivery didn’t arrive on two separate dates as RM advised, and after speaking to a RM employee and raising a complaint over the two non delivery dates, they stated it wouldn’t be today/Tuesday. Unfortunately I went out on this understanding this afternoon, only for RM to attempt delivery without notice.”

“Searched online for plumbing supplies as Screwfix seemed expensive and doesn`t hold the stock like it used to. Unfortunately went to DHS online, placed the order and after three days had an email to say they could not get some of my items so I cancelled the order. Another search came up with Plumbing Supplies Direct, wow what a difference. The website is easy to navigate, search for items and place orders. I had free delivery estimated at two to three days but it actually arrived the next day which was amazing. Will definitely use these guys again and they were way cheaper than Screwfix”
