“They were very professional in letting me know that the stock was not available at the time of purchase but told me it would be in soon so I waited because they let me know and didn’t just take the order with no explanation. It arrived a few days later. Very impressed with their communication skills. 😊”

“Ordered 2 tap extensions and payed extra for next day delivery as it was urgently needed for fitting a bathroom , unfortunately they couldn't write the proper adress on the parcel so it take me half a day to follow up and manage to get it. They haveto focus on attention to details.”

“Delivery came as ordered and in good time, but was unfortunately damaged by the carrier (pipes dented and squashed). One phone call to plumbing Supplies Direct and the matter was resolved without issue and replacement pipes arrived the next day. Excellent service”
