“Not the greatest I have to say. I ordered a toilet seat from Plumbing Supplies Direct and the wrong one was delivered. They told me the one I had wanted was not available. They organised for the toilet seat they sent to be collected, and it was collected within a couple of days, but I am still waiting for my refund. They don't always answer the phone. I have left three messages and still no response!”
