“bought a number of ox tuck trowels ordered and dispatched as promised and arrived well packaged by parcel force the only issue i had was that i did not get an email confirmation of my order- Customer service helpful and tried resending it - no luck...must have been a computer glitch very fair postage charges as well would definitely buy from them again”

“Product received on time but the tape seal on the box was broken and the box had been opened previously. The time switch looked ok but after installation the time clock stopped in less than 24 hrs. I am awaiting them to collect the item as it is being returned.”
