“Good product, good price and quick dispatch, sadly let down by dreadful service from Parcel Force - two failed deliveries, no cards left, didn’t deliver to neighbour when requested, so I had to drive 10 miles to collect from their depot.”

“Having placed an order for a Rothenberger plumbing pack I was advised that parcel force Would deliver this in 2 parcels unfortunately after Waiting 2 days nothing arrived so I contacted Alex whom sorted out one the other never arrived Very poor service as tried several times to contact Them by phone with no answer I shall never use This company again.”

“I ordered some parts online. Didn't hear anything, no confirmation email, no contact. I phoned up after waiting two weeks and not receiving my order. I was told they didn't have the parts and would get them from another depot and post asap. It seems like my order got completely forgotten until I phoned. I cancelled my order as I needed the parts and s local supplier got them in next day for me. I know mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated an explanation and apology.”
