“A bit of a mixup on stock availability and delivery but soon sorted after a brief phone call”

“Ordered unit showed as 'in stock' when I ordered, but a few weeks later, no sign and the tracking information offered in the receipt wasn't valid. I then emailed them which started a 'ticket' which should get me a reply generally in 24 hours. Nothing for 6 days. When attempting to check the ticket, I couldn't register using my email address as the email address was already in use, so I tried to reset the password. I apparently didn't have permission to do that. Had to use PayPal to get my refund. Now claim it's not in stock. Very poor.”

“Ordering was easy delivery free and few days after placing the order. I was informed on progress of the order and time slot 2 hours for delivery. Price was competitive with other providers. I’ll use this provider again.”

“Phoned prior to ordering to confirm that the free option was next day and that they would process and dispatch the same day as it was before the cutoff. This was confirmed and so I placed the order within a minute of hanging up the phone and received a tracking number that didnt work. I emailed them that evening to confirm the tracking number was correct hoping for a reply in the morning but never got one. The next day once the order had actually been dispatched the tracking number worked and the item arrived the following day. Slightly dissapointed when I specifically phoned to confirm it would be dispatched the same day and no response to my email.”
