“NOT happy with experience at all. E.mails to say order on way, waited no order. When I telephoned was told out of stock, but turns out e.mail sent incorrectly - therefore I did not receive it. Chap on telephone very helpful to tell me what had happened, but overall NOT good. I would only give you 1 star.”

“After I placed the order I was disturbed to read some poor reviews. In particular that product supplied was not genuine. My experience was fast delivery and on thorough inspection of the kit (Rothenberger Full Kit) it is absolutely genuine quality components at a reasonable price. I am satisfied.”
