“Brilliant service from Plumbing Supplies Direct. I ordered a toothless rake and it came damaged so I reported it to customer services, they then took my order number, some pictures and sent out a new one with no hesitation. The new, undamaged rake came before the end of the week just when I needed it most. Brilliant. Top customer services.”

Hi Ryan, Thank you for your order, after looking into the order I can see you placed your order at 4:28pm on Saturday and paid for a Saturday delivery. We do not offer same day delivery let alone late on a Saturday. You can see from our terms and conditions that all orders for Saturday delivery need to be placed before 2pm on Friday for next day delivery. I hope this clears this up and if you could amend your review, we would appreciate it, we will also refund the difference paid.
