“Emailed to enquire if in stock and followed through with an order. Emailed me to confirm order completed then received a further email notifying me the item was out of stock! This has also happened before via their auction site account.”

“This online-only Plumbing Supplies company couldn't cope with my wanting to collect personally, but did the next-best thing: their smart and helpful ParcelForce courier was at my house at 8am the next morning with my new cistern. Excellent online catalogue had let me choose the exact replacement for my 9-yr old system, it fitted simply and just worked. Wish every plumbing issue was solved so simply”
