“What's the worst time to have a central heating failure? Between Christmas and new year naturally. Faced with deafening silence from local 'Emergency' services, I decided it was worth checking if it was just the motor on the valve, a simple fix, but who could supply me a replacement powerhead overnight at this time of year? Take a bow PSD... absolutely brilliant service, and saved our Christmas-New Year break.”

“I would have loved to leave a video review, but it did not arrive,orderd on thu 28 Dec,expecting to be delivered next day,I recieved a tracking number,to then be told by email,a several days later they don't have it stocked,and don't know when it will be stocked,and how do I wish to proceed,great,I am now still waiting for a refund,had no reply via email even though I have sent a few times stating I want a refund as they have not fulfilled my order,not impressed whatsoever,”
