“Brilliant service BUT website should say if you order at weekend delivery IS NOT next day - this is misleading! It may be in your terms of business but customers need to see it - up front and transparent- I only JUST about got my granddaughters present on the day because of not knowing up front !! Otherwise faultless service”

“I ordered a Silver Cross dolls pram.It arrived promptly looks good sure my grandaughter will love it BUT no instructions with it.I managed to put it together but instructions on how to change it to a pushchair would be useful.”

“I ordered item after 4pm, realised it would come while my granddaughter was at mine. I emailed n asked for a delay in delivery, I received a reply, promptly delaying order. So it arrived when she wasn't here, so she's non then wiser that I have her Christmas present stored safely!😁 As items display picture and text stating contents”
