“Delivered promptly and article very much as advertised on web site”

“I ordered 2 life jackets on line. The price was excellent. I had an issue with payment as my bank didn't like the payment system and when it finally went through, my account was still showing the items as u paid for. I spoke to customer service - who answered promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. They stabilised the order had been paid for and the items arrived next morning. I couldn't be more impressed amd will buy from Pirates Cave Chandlery again.”

“Fenders arrived promptly after ordering and it was a good deal. The fenders took a very long time to pump up (30mins) which is ok I suppose but advance info on that would be helpful as at first I thought they were faulty as 5 mins of pumping produced no visible change.”

“Great service on the whole, but it didn't arrive within the time scale on the website although a few days later I got an email to let me know there was delay. But on the whole it did arrive and I will use you again.”

“Mistakes happen to the best of us, fortunately, I was not in a hurry for the clock, but the problem was dealt with immediately and without further ado. PS your questionnaire asks if I would like to receive email communications, the options are YES and NO. No is a bit aggressive, No thank you would be an improvement.”

Thanks for the feedback, Mike! We re-use or recycle all inbound packaging, but I will speak to our packaging team to ensure all our outbound packaging can also be recycled. ^Sam
