“The online order system works smoothly but occasionally I have needed a part and had to stop work waiting for the email to collect. Restrictions are due to end shortly but a telephone order system would have helped.”

Hi Simon, thanks so much for the review. Our telephone lines are open at the moment from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm (restricted opening due to COVID closures). We will be happy to take orders over the phone from you. Otherwise, it will be 'business as usual' from this Wednesday.

“The rope which the website said was in stock wasn't actually there , but someone rang and explained, and the few days delay fortunately wasn't a problem. The website which describes each metre of rope as a being separate item would be less puzzling and more user-friendly if it simply asked the customer to enter the length required.”

“Fast next day deliver. Only problem is that I enteredv a voucher number, but then discovered I was charged the full amout rather than the small excess over the voucher value! This was soon sorted out after a phone call but it took a couple of days for the refund!”
