“Ordered a 2.4m inflatable. Received a helpful phone call from staff in response to an email query re delivery timings. Correct dinghy arrived in time for next use and was as described. However the inflation attachment did not fit the valves properly although my old pump worked fine. the valves appear identical but the prongs on the inflater are different. - still awaiting a final response after a quick acknowledgement”

“I bought a discontinued Nauticalia item, and was lucky to find it. It was slightly discounted and delivered very quickly. My only complaint is that there was a hefty delivery charge, and if it had been delivered by Royal Mail it would probably have been charged as a large letter.”

Hi Donal, thanks so much for your order and feedback. We have tried using RM as a cheaper postage alternative, but unfortunately, we often find it increases customer service time as items get delayed or go missing, resulting in unhappy customers. At least using DHL we get a fully tracked service with notifications passed to customers, with customers able to change their delivery days etc, albeit with a slightly higher delivery charge. Thanks again.
