“Excellent service. When a shipment from their supplier was delayed, they contacted me by email and a personal phone call which enabled me to ask to change the delivery address and enabled the parcel to arrive on time to meet my deadline. Big thanks to David and Nathan.”

“I ordered 2 life jackets on line. The price was excellent. I had an issue with payment as my bank didn't like the payment system and when it finally went through, my account was still showing the items as u paid for. I spoke to customer service - who answered promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. They stabilised the order had been paid for and the items arrived next morning. I couldn't be more impressed amd will buy from Pirates Cave Chandlery again.”

“shoes arrived quickly. unfortunately they did not fit and I returned them following the returns policy. It took a while to get my money refunded but the cost was refunded.”

“Yes, companies really do read and take notice of their reviews. I had a bit of a moan, see 2 days earlier below, about postal charges. I am very pleased to report that the Pirate's Cave contacted me by phone today to let me know that they had refunded the excess charge on the postage and that refund has been confirmed by the card provider. They were also very apologetic for not contacting me sooner. Thank you Pirate's Cave, your delivery is now up to the standard of your products and general service.”
