“There was a bit of a discrepancy, and after buying on line , I drove from South Wales to Kent, where my boat is , only to find it was packed ready to be shipped to Wales, even after on the online service I stated I would collect , that would have been a 400 mile round trip for £30 tin of anti foul paint ,”

Thank you for taking the time to review the service you received on your order. Looking into your order we can see we had made a mistake and the paint was packed incorrectly. This was raised by our dispatch team before your order was due to leave us the same day. Once this had been rectified the order was marked as 'Ready To Collect In Store', as per your original request. The order did not get shipped out to your address in South Wales but instead was ready for collection in our Kent Store as you had requested online. We do keep a large stock of paints at our store and would have been more than happy to correct the problem to save any inconvenience, had the order being shipped.
