“Great service on the whole, but it didn't arrive within the time scale on the website although a few days later I got an email to let me know there was delay. But on the whole it did arrive and I will use you again.”

“Mistakes happen to the best of us, fortunately, I was not in a hurry for the clock, but the problem was dealt with immediately and without further ado. PS your questionnaire asks if I would like to receive email communications, the options are YES and NO. No is a bit aggressive, No thank you would be an improvement.”

“I originally ordered the wrong size (I am between a M & L) but staff were able to confirm that a replacement could be ordered whilst the returned item was in transit. New sweater arrived and old one refunded. So far so good. Only problem was DHL. Unable to alter delivery on line (‘sorry an error occurred), the manned phone line went to recorded message then disconnected whilst the email enquiry had a 72 hour response time. I had to tape a note to the door for the driver. Appalling courier service.”

“Great staff, helpful, friendly and provide open and honest advice. The unit is being optimised for new lines and stock. A lot of what we need is specialist and through catalogue purchase rather than of the shelf and we get the right support from the team for this. Lovely.”
