“The rope which the website said was in stock wasn't actually there , but someone rang and explained, and the few days delay fortunately wasn't a problem. The website which describes each metre of rope as a being separate item would be less puzzling and more user-friendly if it simply asked the customer to enter the length required.”

“The YS cleats (what does YS stand for?!) that you supplied was the simple solution to the genoa sheet releasing from its open jam cleat on my GK24 at the merest touch and often at a critical time! Other companies sold them but they were much more expensive being made from metal alloy when the plastic alternative were perfectly adequate and only you seemed to supply them! So many thanks for doing so and great service too!”
