The training was was great ! Our instructor ( Kate ) took the time to explain each process and provided examples for a better understanding of the subject matter. Kate was able to involve the participants to provide some different point of views using ITIL4 standards. Totally recommend the training. Thank you Kate.

Overall good session. Trainer Luci was good. One suggestion would be to know the audience backgroud and have relevant examples to share to make them connect to the concept.

With almost 30 years of Support, Customer Relations, Product Development and now IT experience/perspective, I found myself during the course mixing up terminology and various "yes, but..." moments. So I think, British spelling aside, it is a good course, but, if you are like me, where you can think your way out of the answer they WANT to an answer that is almost as plausible in numerous instances, this is a hard course. I just hope I pass the exam by a wider margin than the Trial Exams...

The Trainer just tried to complete the presentation on time, he did not involve the participants. His priority is to present the material on time not to make sure that participants were understanding it well. I attended ITIL training face to face before, that was very good, that training used to make sure that we understood what he is presenting.

The training was good and finished within a short period. I feel like, if the duration can be extended from 2 days, there will be a space for some interactive sessions. I am assuming that tight duration restricts the instructor to make it more engaging as a lot of concepts need to be covered. Other than that, instructor did a justice to the training and he gave us clear picture about how to focus on examination

The Prince2 course with Kevin was very informative and easy to follow. Kevin kept us all engaged and was very supportive and helpful when we had questions or concerns. I find the method useful and hope to apply it to my everyday.

In general terms the ITIL course was well structured. Exams were quite challenging. Sometimes, some the diagrams were confusing and a times did not make sense to me. I am used to the Capability Maturity Models, and I fully understand the CMMI-Service model. Maybe it is because I am familiar with the CMMI architecture, but the overall structure of CMMI-SVC (Process Areas, Practices, and Sub-practices) is easier to grasp for me. I can see some similarities between both models though. Thank you for the course and the opportunity to learn something new.
