“I completed the training via self study. Is there an option to do it with an instructor, either live or via recorded sessions to review? I really enjoy the memo training. One thing I'd like for it to improve on, if possible, is for the memo training to only ask questions on the chapters completed thusfar. In my experience the memo training assumes you've completed all the course material and asks you questions on the whole course rather that only the chapters that have been completed. That would be an awesome enhancement. Otherwise I enjoyed the material and have already registered to do the next Course in the ITIL Strategist path. The Digital and IT Strategy module.”

“I did the ITIL V4 Foundation course and the information that it contains is vast and useful, but some of it was duplicated through the course. Also more graphics would contribute to a better understanding of it.”
