In general terms the ITIL course was well structured. Exams were quite challenging. Sometimes, some the diagrams were confusing and a times did not make sense to me. I am used to the Capability Maturity Models, and I fully understand the CMMI-Service model. Maybe it is because I am familiar with the CMMI architecture, but the overall structure of CMMI-SVC (Process Areas, Practices, and Sub-practices) is easier to grasp for me. I can see some similarities between both models though. Thank you for the course and the opportunity to learn something new.
