“Throughout the lead up to the course I had good communications with the team keeping me informed of the upcoming course. All the pre-course details were sent out with plenty of notice and the test of the training delivery was all done well. The course itself was enjoyable, the instructor was very engaging and knew his stuff inside out. He would always provide some real life examples to compliment the training material which greatly aided the course.”

“I completed the training via self study. Is there an option to do it with an instructor, either live or via recorded sessions to review? I really enjoy the memo training. One thing I'd like for it to improve on, if possible, is for the memo training to only ask questions on the chapters completed thusfar. In my experience the memo training assumes you've completed all the course material and asks you questions on the whole course rather that only the chapters that have been completed. That would be an awesome enhancement. Otherwise I enjoyed the material and have already registered to do the next Course in the ITIL Strategist path. The Digital and IT Strategy module.”

“The training I took was full of errors. Quizzes had inconsistent answers with the exam. One question on the exam had no question, only four answers to select. Topics were quizzed but not covered by the training material. The whole training has visual aids which are problematically small, and were on different pages than the text they were meant to accompany.”
