“Throughout the lead up to the course I had good communications with the team keeping me informed of the upcoming course. All the pre-course details were sent out with plenty of notice and the test of the training delivery was all done well. The course itself was enjoyable, the instructor was very engaging and knew his stuff inside out. He would always provide some real life examples to compliment the training material which greatly aided the course.”

“A well written & easy to follow course with some great features to help embed your learning. Some difficulties with access / install of the exam software experienced could do with some attention as well as perhaps some edits in the course content to ensure the context of exam questions is covered but overall still a great course and I would definitely use Pink Elephant again. Great value for money”

“The trainer was pretty knowledgeable and tried to keep the sessions interactive however due to the time limitations there were still parts where it was listening more than activities, which would be preferable to me. The course seemed to be concentrating on how to pass the exam, including some practice questions and common errors, which is a big positive.”

“I finally woke up to the deadline for the ITIL Managing Professional Transition exam a month ago. Since engaging with Pink Elephant their responses have been fast and efficient. The course itself was excellent. There was a lot of material to cover as I expected and Adrian managed to keep the momentum and our engagement going for the full 5 days. Hats off to him for the achievement and my sincere thanks as i am looking forward to getting back to my day job which a long list of improvement initiatives and the knowledge and confidence to carry them forward. “Adrian was a fantastic trainer who glided through the materials effectively and efficiently, adding some real work examples and much needed humour on quite a dry subject. He is extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter (ITIL) and differences from previous iterations. The WebEx technology itself was not the best at times in terms of reliability however this was handled most professionally by Adrian who stayed cool, calm and on top of the challenges that cropped up. Would definitely be happy to embark on another training with him again, likely when the next iteration is published!”
