“Leadership training. I thought Jon was very knowledgeable. I think the content was slightly crammed into the session. Also the scheduling which could be on the side of GTT was not great with approximately an 8 hour class late on Friday/Saturday”

“There was some good information in the course, but some of the slides had wrong pictures or typos. And in my opinion the questions where sometimes constructed confusingly. Sometimes i had to think "what do they want me to answer" and not "what is the right answer".”

“I have no complaints regarding the service provided, but prospective users should be aware that the training documents are verbose and difficult to process, making the development of practical knowledge laboursome. Understanding how to answer the questions presented is easier via trial and error, but is unfortunately not ideal as the language used and questions asked by this program do not perfectly align with that of the test.”

“Extensive content but at times poorly structured and inconsistent format making it hard to build an overview of the concepts presented. I was also missing a lot of real life examples, making the abstract concepts of ITIL more real and relatable. This would have massively improved my experience.”
