Hi, I just completed the training and I'm really exhausted. This was too much, too long, overwhelming, but what was worst... this training was made the "old fashion way" - memorize, memorize, memorize. Modern trainings push you to be more interactive, focus more on examples presented in videos with actors (not “computerized” voice that reads text with no feelings), where someone is telling the story and you want to participate in his journey, you are curios what will you learn next.

The Trainer just tried to complete the presentation on time, he did not involve the participants. His priority is to present the material on time not to make sure that participants were understanding it well. I attended ITIL training face to face before, that was very good, that training used to make sure that we understood what he is presenting.

Two days of being spoken to while being shown a Powerpoint isn't my idea of quality training and doesn't build a collaborative culture, sorry guys you fell short on this one.
