“The training and information were well set up and easy to navigate and read. The way that it is designed if you like to take plenty of notes and practice using the teachings, this will fit that mold. If you are refreshing your skills and have not used Lean methods in a while, this is also for you. No matter where you are in the learning process, beginner or expert. This is a great training.”

“The online self-learning worked well for me but there are quite a few rudimentary spelling mistakes in the content which is a shame. The layout and presentation is good and I liked the memo training feature. The sample test papers bore very little relation to the actual exam - are more up to date and less repetitive ones available? Finally, shout out to the admin team who were lightning quick in giving to access to the course.”

“I enjoyed the course (ITIL Foundation), however I do feel that it should be a 3 day course and not 2. The trainers we had rushed through the slides as there was so much to cover. It also didn't help having a different trainer each day - through no fault to the first trainer - it did impact my way of learning as it went from face to face to virtual. The course material is excellent. Without that I think I'd have found it more difficult.”

The course is very structured, the details are well explained. The supporting materials are great. My respects to those who prepared them. The tutorials are divided into concise parts, which is very convenient for studying and tracking progress. I recommend the course.”
