I enjoyed the course (ITIL Foundation), however I do feel that it should be a 3 day course and not 2. The trainers we had rushed through the slides as there was so much to cover. It also didn't help having a different trainer each day - through no fault to the first trainer - it did impact my way of learning as it went from face to face to virtual.
The course material is excellent. Without that I think I'd have found it more difficult.
