“This co is top notch ! Where else can you e mail the head guy and hear back from him sometimes within minutes and never longer than 24 hrs . I had a small hiccup with my watch and it was addressed immediately . What else is there to say !”

“I have had no reason to contact customer support. I have had the watch for around 18 months and am very pleased with it. I like the fact that people will remark on the look of the watch but no one else has heard of Pinion ( good for me but possibly not yourselves!). The only slight downside is the difficulty I sometimes have in pulling out the adjusting dial to change the time/date.”

“As a watch enthusiast I always have an eye out for interesting pieces. Bought a blue dial Axis and am delighted with it. Lovely looking watch and rare, all for a not unreasonable cost. Brilliant to support a 'boutique' British watch maker at the same time”

“Well I'd certainly recommend Pinion to others. I have no specific area to highlight where improvements could be made. My dealings on-line and with Piers were excellent. From my own perspective, I love the watch. I wear it usually when I go to London or out in the evening as I find it uplifting to wear it. “Very pleased with the Axis bronze bought for Christmas 15 and it is still worn almost every day in preference to my Omega Seamaster. Only issues would be that it is not quite as accurate as I would have expected and lume is not as good as on the Omega. It was a pleasure to deal with Piers.”
