“Piers at Pinion provided excellent communication and service - ordering my watch (Axis 2) was a pleasure. The watch was made for me and the whole process was very easy. The watch arrived yesterday and I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am. The finish of the watch is just superb and the care and attention to detail is evident. I would not hesitate to recommend Pinion watches.”

“Well I'd certainly recommend Pinion to others. I have no specific area to highlight where improvements could be made. My dealings on-line and with Piers were excellent. From my own perspective, I love the watch. I wear it usually when I go to London or out in the evening as I find it uplifting to wear it. It's clean lines make for a tasteful style often commented on by others”

“I have had no reason to contact customer support. I have had the watch for around 18 months and am very pleased with it. I like the fact that people will remark on the look of the watch but no one else has heard of Pinion ( good for me but possibly not yourselves!). The only slight downside is the difficulty I sometimes have in pulling out the adjusting dial to change the time/date.”

“Fantastic customer service. As i live quite close, the owner delivered and set up my watch in my home at no extra cost. The design and build is excellent and being bronze will colour individually to my circumstances. The watch sits very nicely on my wrist I certainly will be keeping an eye on their future releases. For those who want the traditional build quality of a high value antique in a new watch with clean and simply beautiful design nodding to military, this is for you. The immediate satisfaction of having such a bespoke item is refreshing if you've followed the pack for a while. My watch, never yours. “A fantastic British brand with a highly talented and creative founder. I first came across Pinion and Piers at Salon QP. Having been invited to attend a couple of Apex meetings at Century London club, where Piers presented the prototypes for the Revival 1969, I was smitten. My watch was personally presented to me at the next Apex meeting. Piers' graphic design background is clearly visible in the DNA of his watches. They have a purity of line and clarity that make them both contemporary and classical at the same time. These are lifetime companions. The service and care I have had throughout have been exemplary.”
