“Went in to reschedule appointment and was offered an immediate one because they had a client who hadn’t turned up. Took it and they completed my wax removal treatment in 10 mins. Brilliant. Will go again.”

“My mum has had hearing aids from Pindrop for just over 6 months now. Right from the initial consultation to now Pindrop have been very professional and putting my mum at ease from the beginning. They explained everything and made sure she understood. Had a couple of minor problems but Natasha was quick to get help for us. Would highly recommend Pindrop.”

“Thank you Sara Chohan who is very professional and attentive.It is early days yet but I doubt I will struggle as I have Sara looking after me and should sail through with good honest professional guidance.Hearing aids are expensive but monthly payments interest free scheme helped me to purchase the recommended and suitable aids for me. Will review on this site again as an progression update.”

“Being somewhat reluctant to admit that my hearing was not 100% Pindrop's calm and reassuring approach to my situation was very reassuring. During my first visit the young lady was very patient and carefully explained the whole process and how it worked. I now have my new small inconspicuous hearing aids. As a matter of fact my family are not even aware that I have been fitted with them. Many thanks for improving my ability to hear better.”
