“Rekesh was very helpful and spent lot of time to work on my case and get to the bottom of the issue. I would certainly recommend him as one of the few audiologist around who provide genuine service. Pindrop staff are professional and certainly the place to go at Harley Street.”

“The young audiologist Rakesh was very efficient and very thorough in his work. He has a very clear and audible voice which is very important for hearing impaired. I went in for ear wax removal and came out very satisfied. I will definitely go back again when need arises.”

“""I ended up contacting Pindrop after having a row with the receptionist at my GP's (first available appointment 14th Sep) and a failed attempt to get help from a local walk in clinic in Harrow where I live. The GP who was unable to help me due to lack of equipment suggested I contact Pindrop to see if they could help as I had gone totally deaf in my left ear. what a fabulous service...! After 10 days of agony I am pain free and have crystal clear hearing thanks to Rekesh at Winchmore Hill. He was really friendly, told me exactly what he was going to do and sorted out my problem in half an hour... I will definitely use this company again should I need to and can only recommend that you do likewise... Brilliant 10 out of 10 service... Congrats on gaining one very satisfied customer...”

“"Pindrop exceeded my expectations today. I was having difficulty in hearing due to wax build up in both my ears. Half an hour later I am able to lead a carefree life again. I can hear. The specialist was excellent. It was pain free and everything explained to me. So impressed”
