“I had been told I needed hearing aids by a previous clinician. I didn’t believe that person as he was so keen to just make the sale. Dr. Elizabeth Kingsmith was gentle and kind and obviously knowledgeable. I don have a bit of hearing loss but not enough to warrant hearing aids. We agreed to review in a year. The office manager was also a delight. Very positive experience.”

“Fantastic service in Winchmore Hill from both members of staff who dealt with me. I think it was Sara (apologies if incorrect name) who performed the treatment on my blocked ear. Made me feel relaxed about the process which was quick painless and highly effective. I highly recommend their service and would use them again if required.”
