“I know, since 1-1-2020, we have the 'Brexit'. Is it possible, for customers outside UK, to tell them, there will be a customs clearance (duty/tax due on the shipment). I know, I have to deal with it, but I was surprised about the amount of money. The rest, thanks for the quick delvery.”

“Excellent delivery service via DHL and to NZ. Good communications from DHL and speedy delivery across the globe. Book cover was a bit damaged in the process. It is creased and bent, and a number of pages at the back of the book are mis-shapen - as if it's been 'dog eared' a lot. The external package was also a bit bruised and bashed. Not to worry, it works!”

“Very efficient delivery; received within 3 days via DHL. The only drawback is that I had to pay extra as a Tax Import apart from the postage; probably due to Brexit. But nonetheless very satisfied with your service.”

“Brexit has made it difficult for getting the BNF in Ireland. It has added €14 tax and a €5 handling charge for DHL delivery ( for having to fill out all the forms for customs). An another success for Brexit!”
