Excellent delivery service via DHL and to NZ. Good communications from DHL and speedy delivery across the globe. Book cover was a bit damaged in the process. It is creased and bent, and a number of pages at the back of the book are mis-shapen - as if it's been 'dog eared' a lot. The external package was also a bit bruised and bashed. Not to worry, it works!
