“Unbelievably POOR customer service. I NEVER received my products and they have DONE NOTHING to rectify it stating that is was my own fault I didn't purchase EXTRA insurance on them. Really, this is the only company that I have ever dealt with that didn't back their own products. Even Amazon does that. NO other peptide companies I have worked with have not backed their products. Lost hundreds of $$. EDIT: 1/9/23 -- PHARMA LB GLOBAL has sent an email stating that they will resend the peptides I ordered. If this is the case--- then I revise my previous review and would acknowledge that they stand behind their products and provide good customer service. I have not yet received the replacement but will be happy to provide even further review when I receive a replacement.”

“First time order at Pharmalab. as i am completely new in peptides i felt very unsecure and i never heard something about Pharmalab also. it took a bit of time to receive my order but i think this is mostly due to Brexit and is not Pharmalab's fault. after 10 days i finally received the package (Sermorelin) and after watching some youtube video's on how to prepare it with bacteriostatic water i began my journey. now after 18 injections i must say that i am fully convinced that these peptides are good quality and they are working. i take 4-5 injections a week and already now my skin and my muscle tone changed noticeably. I am 60, cycling alot (for the moment at home on my Tacx) doing 5 times a week my 100 pushups and situps and i notice added muscle grow and i took nearly 1,5 kg fat-free mass! To be sure that this is not placebo effect i got my bloodwork done and even after not injecting 3 days prior the bloodwork my IGF1 was at 129ng/ml (25.7.2022 it was at 108) and my GH was at 1578pg/ml (25.7.2022 it was at 830) and what was suprising me is that also my total Testosterone went considerably up from 5,23ng/ml to 8,15 !) and my free Testosterone doubled also ( i must say that i take Tongkat Ali since 5 years to keep my levels high enough but i did not change the dose since then) So all in all i am very satisfied with Pharmalab but what sucks is the waiting time and the tax you have to pay at the delivery but as i mentionned this is Brexit not Pharmalab ...”

“The products are very good quality and they helped a lot!The last two weeks there’s a problem with the emails about the payment informations and also it’s sad that there’s no longer the 10%discount about the bank transfer.About sending the items i can say that Royal Email is very very good and i get the products in short time period.”

My only gripe is the ores/payment method used which I found confusing and ended up with two and then had to claw the money back which involved another company which I did not trust initially as when I asked them Who they were and what was their connection to my order- I did not receive a reply.”
