The products are great and flawless. Unfortunately the logistics are very bad. Goods arrive very late or not at all. The request to use another shipping company at our own expense was rejected. We are currently waiting about 6 weeks for our delivery.

I didn't get anything yet, so it's a bit early to ask for a review. I still have faith I will actually receive my order, the tracking shows it is en route. P.S. Order was completed 2/12/2022

The order arrived but not in the 3/5 days shipping method I paid for . Support staff didn’t answer my questions regarding my order . They put the stuff in thermocouple bag , but it took too long for this kind of stuff to arrive

It’s been over 2 months since my order has been shipped out and I still haven’t received it. I’d like a full refund. I’d consider it making a better review, depending on the length of time it takes to process the refund. If customer service would at least answer 1 out of the 2 emails I’ve sent, we can speed this process up

So i have purchased 3 times the last 4 months and the first 2 times the experience was great everything came in time the quality of the product looks fine but thus last time I am really disappointed I still haven't received the my package and it's been more than 3 weeks already...

Apologies for this, We have had issues with Royal Mail recently and it has caused some orders to experience rather large delays, all I can do is apologise and offer you a 20% discount on your next order. Big delays between placing a order and shipping, I had to email them twice to get a dispatch, finance team and dispatch team need to be in synch

Customer service takes a while to reply, or they don’t even reply at all. The products I received does not look like the ones on the website. I am very skeptical nonetheless however I’ll have these sent to a lab to get tested. Other than that, smooth transaction.

Hi, I ordered from you "Order # 2864 (November 28, 2020)" Rad 140 (1) and MK 677 (1), arrived at their destination on December 23, 2020, delivery in RO was made through the worst and weakest, weakest, weakest service on Planet Earth, that is, with the Romanian Post - they did not inform me that it had arrived, I checked the awb number and I picked it up on December 29; from a bottle it looks like something leaked .... you have the picture attached I hope that what is written on the label is found in the bottles - that is, what I paid otherwise is bad, we keep in touch - thank you and good health for 2021.
