Hi Diana, I looked into your order and we resent you a new parcel as your first parcel did not make it. Your second parcel is showing as delivered? please confirm this.

I have had terrible experiences with this company. Never received a working tracking number after 15 days so I am assuming this place is a scam. I am out of my money!

My order worth more than £300 got lost in post and I still haven’t received it. I emailed customer service but they didn’t help me. I don’t think they are a very helpful company at all.

Bottom line is that this international pharmaceutical company accepted my order and full payment then sent the totally WRONG item! Even though a full resolution and credit has been made, it concerns me that a WRONG substance was shipped. Additionally, AFTER the fact, they argued with me about not reading their disclosures statements, which were a moot point and inconsequential at that point!

Hi Teresa, Unfortunately, things like this happen sometimes it is the nature of online shipping. We process thousands of orders a month and sometimes the wrong product gets sent to the wrong place. We did resend you the right product and refund your money so I do not find your 1-star review fair in any way shape or form. Kind Regards, Bianca

I ordered a product through Pharmalab at the beginning of May 2022. THey were very quick shipping it out, so I was pretty excited to get the product. However, once it arrived in the US, the updates stopped and I never received the product. It arrived in the US on 5/15/22. I contacted them two weeks after because they say they will ship another product if you do not receive it, however they have been spotty at best at getting back to me. They have asked for my address twice, yet do not seem to be fulfilling their promises. I would not recommend them again. At this point they have basically just stolen my money.

You shipped my first order that arrived late even I paid extra for quicker delivery. When I opened my order it was missing 3 Bat waters. I immediately sent an email to you via your contact page and received no reply. You continued to ignore my email and I sent 2 more emails over a 3 week period and was still ignored. I filed a complaint with Pay Pal over the 3 missing Bas Water. Once you got the complaint from Pal Pal then I received and email from you to resolve the problem. As of writing this review I still have not received my Bac Water and the Pal Pal complaint is still active. This was my first and will be my last order with your company. Companies that have poor customer service usually don’t stay in business and fail. Just this week I placed a 675.00 order with another comp that I have more confidence and trust in. Thank you for sending the request for a review from a very unhappy customer that will never go business with you again. David W

I ordered two items. Only one came and it wasn’t even what I ordered. After trying to fix the transaction the company has ghosted me. No refund and still charged the full amount. DO NOT use this company

Customer service were quick to send out PayPal details and order confrimation. But when it comes to updating you on the delivery status it seems they don’t have the same urgency. One can only wonder why that is…. I will update this review when/if I recieve my goods.

Hi Adam, Unfortunately when you do not follow the payment instructions we send you payments can get lost and orders can take longer to process I believe this is what has happened in your case. I purchased a blend of bpc157 and tb500 and when everywhere I looked on line said to take different dosages, on different days I contacted the company to ask for guidance on dosing they even told me to take bpc157 daily but tb 500 every 3 to 4 days. I said to them I purchased your blend and it all has been taken at the same time. I asked why even sell a blend if this is not possible? I then I asked if I could return the blend and get the separate bottles they then said many take them at the same time and referred me to the internet to figure it out. Doesn’t sound like they care about the customer

Purchased a bunch of peptides and paid for shipping protection. Package arrived. Not ideally packed and my bat static water was crushed and made a mess of everything. Contacted you about the situation and have heard no response. Not impressed.

i ordered goods three weeks ago . i paid extra for a tracking number the goods have still not arrived i m not sure if they ever will arrive . i have no way if tracing them as a tracking number was never provided . So far now i am very disappointed!!
