“My order was not delivered between the expected delivery days. Nobody has been in touch to to resolve the issue and I can’t get through on customer service. I am now trying to cancel my order and finding this a frustrating experience. I am not likely to be a future customer of Phairs. They are typical of so many businesses in that once they have your money they are not interested in any follow up service or responding to complaints.”

“I ordered battery operated lights to go on my outside trees. I couldn’t believe when they arrived a few dayslater, especially with postal strikes…. Very impressed indeed! I ordered 8 sets of 100 white battery operated lights for my outdoor bay trees. The lights will come on for 6 hours then auto turn off. Fantastic job…. Hassle free & cost effective, especially during the current crisis 🤗”

“I bought 2 single electric blankets , but unfortunately only one arrived , however with a few emails the problem was solved and a second blanket was sent out … only an error in packing and it was quickly resolved Thankyou so much for the fast response I will definitely shop at Phairs again”
