“Hi, I was really grateful my order arrived before Christmas so a huge thanks :) Unfortunately, when it arrived it was soaked and the box was falling apart so I've been trying to dry the briquettes off before I can use them. This may have been a courier issue though so I thought I'd mention it. Merry Christmas to you all :)”

“An absolute pleasure to do business with - from the initial contact and immediate confirmation of the order - to e-mail communications, dealt with speedily and expeditiously, and then a record-breaking delivery time. A process that had to cover the length of the country - and the order to finally reach its destination well before Christmas. On top of that -they beat off all the opposition with the best price I could find on the internet - 10 out-of-10 without question.”
